Explanation

Each dialogue explores MAINFRAME-B’s behavior under different modulation conditions to investigate its potential as a living, responsive visual entity.

All experiments conducted using the following setup:

• MAINFRAME-B Visual Instrument
• LED Cube
• Ableton Live (with MIDI CC & LFO modulation)
• Arturia MPK MIDI Controller

MIDI note and CC data are routed from Ableton to MAINFRAME-B using:

• Envelopes and LFOs mapped to lighting parameters
• MPK knob controls for live parameter adjustment
• Multi-layered pitch & velocity modulation for expressive interaction
