Depending on your mobile device, the USB dongle may be a USB-C to USB-A or a Lighting to USB-A. Some adapters may require separate power in order to function.
Directly plugging in MAINFRAME-B to a USB-C port on your device will not work! A standard USB-A port is needed with a dongle.
