Overview

MAINFRAME-B (“B” for “Base”) is a portable, real-time visual instrument in the MAINFRAME product line.

MAINFRAME-B is primarily an experiment exploring interaction - how we might be able to “keep humans in the loop” with systems through play and sensory response.

MAINFRAME, featuring the MAINFRAME Engine, is designed to encourage fluidity and responsiveness. MAINFRAME responds to MIDI, an intentional design choice so that artists can interact via their already familiar set of tools and interfaces - helping users reach a state of “mutual flow” with the system.

No excessively technical and new software needed in your workflow.
