MAINFRAME-B Controller

The controller handles MIDI input, UI, animation rendering, and preset storage.

LEDs (WS2812b / Neopixel)

WS2812b LEDs are supported across strips, grids, rings, and other formats. WS2815 is also supported but requires 12V power.

LED Cable

Extension cable for flexible placement. Longer than 5 meters can introduce glitches.

Power Supply

5V, 5A supply is included in starter kits. Long strips may require additional power supplies.

Barrel connector size: 5.5mm outer, 2.5mm inner.

USB Cable

USB-C on the controller is used for MIDI and controller power. USB does not power LEDs.

Note: USB-C to USB-C is not supported; use USB-A on the host side.

3.5mm TRS to 5-pin MIDI Dongle (B+ Only)

Required for B+ to connect 5-pin MIDI. The dongle type is Type A.
