Scaling Your Installation
It is definitely possible to scale your MAINFRAME-B installation up to massive sizes with a few adjustments.
In fact, while prototyping MAINFRAME-N that is exactly what we have done, for example:
Which is an installation using 14x MAINFRAME-B’s spanning 30 meters long and with the largest square being 4 x 5 meters.
It used a custom MIDI transmission network and an orchestrator we were developing for MAINFRAME-N, but you can achieve something similar within your MIDI software or by vibe-coding a script.
