If your computer or DAW does not see MAINFRAME-B:

  • Try a different USB cable or port.
  • Avoid unpowered hubs; use a powered USB hub if multiple devices are connected.
  • Power-cycle MAINFRAME-B and restart your DAW.
  • Confirm that USB is connected even if you are using 5-pin MIDI (USB powers the controller).

If the device is detected but no lights appear, see No Output.
