No Lights Displaying

Follow these steps if no LEDs are lighting up:

  1. Confirm external power is plugged in and the green PWR LED is on.
  2. Try Animation Mode #1 (Full strip) to force LEDs on without MIDI notes.
  3. If using USB, make sure the controller is detected by your computer.
  4. Verify MIDI is reaching the controller (zone LED should blink on note-on).
  5. Check parameters:
    • Brightness and Decay are non-zero
    • Output Range offset and range are non-zero and within strip length
    • Pitch/Velocity range is not set to cutoff
  6. Make sure you are sending MIDI on the correct channel for the selected zone.
  7. Verify Global Config: brightness and LED count are non-zero.

If needed, hold ZONE to reset the zone to default settings.
